We collect only what an electrician needs to call you back. Here is what happens to it.
What we collect
When you send a request: your name, phone number, city, email if you give one, and your description of the problem. No advertising cookies, and nothing is sold.
Who gets it
One master electrician in your area, chosen among the independent contractors who receive our requests. They use it to contact you about this request. If nobody is available, your request may be offered to a second contractor. It is never broadcast to a list.
How long
Requests are kept for 24 months for follow-up and billing between the site and the contractor, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@electricien247.ca. A designated person acts as the officer responsible for the protection of personal information for electricien247.ca and replies within 30 days.
